English and American Culture and Business Studies/ English and American Studies and Business (Master)

Germany is well connected economically with the Anglo-Saxon language area. Companies and public authorities therefore always need personnel with good economic as well as linguistic-cultural knowledge of the English-speaking world. The Master's program in English and American Culture and Business Studies offers Bachelor's graduates an application-oriented, humanities-based course of study.

In four semesters, students deal comprehensively with both the areas of language and culture as well as business studies. They not only deepen their knowledge of linguistics, literature and cultural studies, but also learn to use the language competently according to level C2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. In addition, they acquire knowledge in the fields of finance and economic policy, finance, taxes and law, corporate accounting, accounting and others.
