Policy Brief: How we use wood more sustainably

High and low tech, new business models and social innovations can support the transformation of Germany's bioeconomy. In order to exploit the innovative potential without exacerbating risks such as the rebound effect or forest loss, the footprints help as a supplementary monitoring system. In order to achieve the goal of a circular bioeconomy, the scientists provide seven specific recommendations for action for those responsible in a policy brief.
