Dr. Ann-Kathrin Arndt took over the professorship of Educational Science with a focus on Inclusive Education on October 1, 2024. Arndt had previously worked as a research assistant at Leibniz Universität Hannover in the field of inclusive school development and at the Leibniz School of Education since 2009. After completing her doctorate in 2021, she held a professorship at Bielefeld University from 2022 to 2024.
Her current research and teaching interests include biographical analytical, intersectional perspectives on the diversity of student teachers and questions of internationalization@home in inclusion-oriented teacher education. Ann-Kathrin Arndt is looking forward to working with colleagues to design the new degree program "Teacher Training for Special Needs Education with a Focus on Inclusion" in Kassel.
