Job description
„PIONIERIN – Programm zur Inspiration und Orientierung zum Informatikstudium für Schülerinnen“ is an interdisciplinary joint (german-language) project with the aim of paving the way for female pupils to study computer science. To this end, workshops and holiday camps are being designed with the universities of Koblenz, Hildesheim and Bamberg and their effectiveness is being tested by researchers.
Tasks
The FG PIT is looking for student assistants to support with the empirical monitoring and evaluation of the PIONIERIN project. Typical tasks are
- Support in the development of the study design
- Support in collecting, processing and analysing qualitative data
What we expect
- Reliability and a systematic way of working
- A professionally qualifying degree or adequate methodological knowledge
- Experience in qualitative social research
- Sufficient German language skills
- If possible previous knowledge in the fields of STEM/computer science, gender studies, intersectionality
